France winger Michael Olise reportedly cut a devastated figure in the dressing room after the World Cup final, with missed scoring opportunities overshadowing what was otherwise a record-breaking tournament for the young star.
According to French outlet *L’Équipe*, Olise was overcome with emotion after the match and blamed himself for failing to convert two clear chances during the final.
