Known by many as the *Iron Lady of Busoga*, Kagweri has become a symbol of dedication, resilience, and community mobilization. From organizing local structures to championing citizen involvement, Kagweri has helped transform Luuka into one of PLU’s most active strongholds in Busoga.
As she marks another year, leaders and supporters praised her unwavering commitment to national development and community empowerment, describing her as a dependable pillar in advancing PLU’s mission.
