Hon. Ntabazi Harriet has been congratulated upon her appointment as State Minister for Lands, a role many believe comes with great responsibility and an opportunity to strengthen Uganda’s land governance sector.
In a congratulatory message shared by Businge Emmanuel, DRCC, the appointment was described as a reflection of the confidence and trust placed in Hon. Ntabazi’s leadership and commitment to public service.
Businge noted that the new minister now carries the hopes of many Ugandans who look forward to reforms, fairness, and improved service delivery within the lands sector — an area that remains central to development and community stability across the country.
He expressed optimism that Hon. Ntabazi will serve with integrity, wisdom, and determination while addressing key land-related challenges affecting citizens.
“As you take on this important national duty, may you lead with strength and purpose for the benefit of all Ugandans,” the message stated.
